As Sales Conversion Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to assist our Sales Team with the transfer and exchange of data associated with acquiring a new client. If you possess outstanding communication skills, a penchant for detail, and knowledge of Word and Excel, we want to hear from you. Previous experience working with a sales team will place you on the top of our must-meet list.
- Communicate with the Sales Team upon each sale to understand each clients’ unique needs and scope of services
- Initiate a dialogue with the client to ensure necessary actions are taken and completed in a timely fashion
- Assist with the preparation of all internal and client-facing forms required in the process
- Ensure a smooth implementation through regular communication with the client and the Sales Team
