Balance Point Payroll, a New Jersey based independent payroll solutions company specializing in HR services and time and attendance solutions, is proud to announce it is offering its clients an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), free of charge, for the next two months. This program will cover 3,600 employees that have been significantly affected by Hurricane Sandy. This complimentary access is provided in conjunction with HRAnswerLink, a vendor partner of Balance Point Payroll. HRAnswerLink is located in California, but was anxious to be a part of Balance Point’s action to assist those affected by Sandy.

Through the EAP, employees and their immediate families will have access to professional advice, support, and other practical solutions intended to help deal with problems that might adversely affect work performance, health and well-being. “Given the personal impact the storm had on so many, we thought this was the best way we could help,” said Jason Jovanis, President. “‘Big enough to handle all of your needs, but small enough to actually care about them’ isn’t just a tagline—it’s something we really believe in.”
