As a Balance Point HCM Sales Consultant you will secure meetings with C-Level executives and decision makers. Many of these opportunities will come from your referral sources consisting primarily of Insurance Brokers, CPA’s and Financial Advisors who prefer Balance Point because we don’t threaten their business, we compliment it. Some of your clients will come from your own prospecting efforts and networking but our most successful Sales Consultants get 2/3 or more of their business referred.

When it comes time to demo the system, you’ll have a seasoned System Engineer ready and waiting to demonstrate our ultra-modern software solution to your prospect, start to finish. Once your prospect says ‘yes’ you’ll have a Conversion Assistant ready to help you gather up the data necessary for submission so you can focus on business development and more substantial earnings including the potential for annual residual commissions.

What we are looking for:

A prospector – someone willing to seek out C-level and key members of organizations, develop dialogues with them and convert them into meetings, demos and eventually clients.

A networker – someone capable of leveraging business relationships by building trust and confidence in our brand, with an emphasis preference on Insurance Brokers.

Someone with industry experience with HRIS/Benefits Administration/TLM/Payroll acumen to navigate both high level and detailed discussions.
