Having an Associate’s Degree and previous experience in payroll, data entry, or customer service will place you on the top of our must-meet list.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level support and supervision to Balance Point’s staff of Customer Support Reps
  • Assist Operations Manager in high level tasks and projects
  • Train new operations employees
  • Conduct on-site client visits
  • Maintain current knowledge of the Balance Point processing system
  • Correspond with federal, state, and local tax agencies on behalf of clients
  • Work with clients’ payroll-related third party vendors on behalf of clients
  • Research and resolve client and system issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high rate of client retention through superior quality service
